This is the Career Passport Identity Issuer surface. Holders reach it through the wallet at c5.trua.cloud/wallet/; this page exists so visitors who land directly see something other than a 500.

Endpoints

• POST /api/v1/c5/idv/phone/start — Phone OTP start (Telesign PhoneID + Trua Comms SMS)
